Let us begin with the basics, your appearance.

Hair should be cut short, buzzcut or flattop length, neither bleached nor dyed.

Beard will be trimmed short, about the same length as your hair; while a Van Dyke (a.k.a. "Goatee") is preferred, a very short full beard, carefully trimmed at the cheeks and throat, may be worn during the off-season.

When choosing a Body Type, two options are acceptable: somewhat muscular, and slightly chunky. The former is best achieved by working out occasionally, concentrating on resistance training and ignoring bothersome cardio. In any case, it is best to carry a gym membership in case a social obligation requires you to use the phrase "Shall we meet for a workout?"
